Overview of relationships in InSite

You can add an overview of the relationships with the contact persons.

To add a relationship overview:

In this example you add the Verbanden overview to the properties window for the contact persons.

1. Log on and start Site management.
   1. Open the site.
   2. Log on with the username and password.
   3. Click on: OK.
   4. Click on the user name at the top right.

      

   5. Click on: Site management.

2. Click on: Relations.
3. Click on: Contacts.
4. Open the properties of the contact person..
5. Click on: Edit (in the Page frame).
6. Click on: Properties.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the properties screen.
8. Click on: New under Related references.
9. Select the page Relationships.
10. Select Go directly to for Place in group.
11. If you want, you can enter a deviating text for the related reference.

    You can also select a deviating image.

12. Click on: Create.
13. Click on: Publish.
14. Click on Yes in the message.

You can also add the overview as a part of the properties page.
