Logging into AFAS Online
You use the AFAS Online platform to log in through two-factor authentication or single sign-on. Next, you start Profit Windows (which runs in Citrix) or InSite.
Two-factor authentication
With two-factor authentication you log in through AFAS Online. You log in with your email address + password and confirm the login through your smartphone. This can be done with one push of a button if you use AFAS Pocket.
Single sign-on
If you do not want to log in with the standard login method of AFAS, you can use your own solution. You then log in through single sign-on (SSO) where you, as an organisation, determine how you want users to log in. When using SSO as an organisation, you are responsible for the security of your login method and for protecting your data. Management and maintenance is also the responsibility of the organisation itself.
External affiliated users always log in with two-factor authentication.
Citrix
Profit Windows runs in Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workspace. If this program is not installed, it will be installed automatically when you start Profit for the first time. In many organisations, the administrator will install Receiver or Workspace on your computer.
It is possible to use Profit Windows in a browser (you then use the web version of Citrix). You cannot print in the web version and Profit favourites are not saved.

- Signing on by means of two-factor authentication
- Switching the authentication method
- Forgotten my telephone in relation to two-factor authentication
- Using a web version instead of Citrix Receiver
- Change personal data/I have a new phone
