Logging in with AFAS Pocket using a unique number

Logging in to AFAS Online with AFAS Pocket becomes even more secure! While logging in, a unique number will appear on the AFAS Online portal. You enter this number in AFAS Pocket to confirm your login. This ensures that you are the one who approves the login attempt. Together, we are thus working on an even safer digital environment.

In addition, the period for remembering a trusted device has been increased from 7 to 30 days.

Logging in with AFAS Pocket using a unique number:

  1. Go to: www.afasonline.nl.
  2. Enter your e-mail address and password.
  3. Tick the Trust this device 30 days field to trust the device you log in to for 30 days. This means that for the next 30 days, you only need to log in with your password and do not need to confirm via two-factor authentication.

    Note:

    DO NOT tick this field if you are using a shared device, such as a computer used by multiple colleagues. Also do not tick this field on a public device, such as a computer in a hotel or other public area.

  4. You need the code shown in the screen below (instead of XX).

  5. Grab your smartphone and open AFAS Pocket.
  6. Enter the number.
  7. Tap Send.
  8. You will be logged in to AFAS Online.
