Change AFAS Online Portal account/login data
You determine by means of the AFAS Online Portal whether you sign on with a text message code or AFAS Pocket with regard to two-factor authentication. You can also change your name and telephone number for the sign-on. You cannot change your email address yourself.

I have a new phone (with the same number)
If you have a new phone (with number retention), you can link it in AFAS Pocket. If you then log in, you can confirm logging in by using AFAS Pocket. If you do not link the new phone, you will confirm through text messaging.
You can set up a new phone in two ways. You can do this in the settings or during the login process.
Define a new phone through the settings:
- Install AFAS Pocket on your smartphone.
- On your PC, log into www.afasonline.nl and go to Settings / Security.
- Click on Reconnect in the screen below. If you use text messaging verification, select Change to AFAS Pocket.
- Open AFAS Pocket on your smartphone.
- Scan the QR code using your smartphone. This will link your smartphone to the account
If you cannot scan, press on the shield and, next, on Scan code. You can also access this screen through Settings / two factor authentication.
Configure a new phone if you are not yet logged in::
- Log into your PC on www.afasonline.nl.
- Click on New phone.
This opens a window with an explanation.
- Click Next.
- Enter the code that you received by email.
- Click Next.
- Enter the code that you received by a text message.
- Follow the steps to log on.
I want to change my login name
You can change your login name yourself (that is displayed at the top on the right). This change only applies to the portal and will not be implemented in Profit. The Profit administrator in your organisation cannot view or change this data. The Profit administrator only manages the (business) email address that you use to sign in. You cannot change this yourself. You can also change your password.
The steps are the same as for changing your telephone number.
