To add a relationship: Part of

Profit automatically adds the Component of relationship between organisations based on the Part of organisation field. If you use this field (in the New wizard or in the organisation properties) to indicate that an organisation is a part of another organisation, Profit automatically establishes a relationship with the Has as part and Is part of descriptions.

To add a Part relationship via the organisation properties:

1. Go to: CRM / Organisation/person / Organisation/person.
2. Open the properties of the organisation that is part of another organisation.

   Example: 

   If EnYoi ICT Services is a part of AFAS Software, open the properties of EnYoi ICT Services.

3. Go to the tab: Other.
4. Select the organisation in Part of organisation.
5. Click on: OK. 

   Profit adds a relationship of the Part type with the Has as part and Is part of descriptions.
