Block entry layout
You can block entry layouts if you no longer wish to use them.
Example:
You have added a new entry layout for purchase orders. The Purchase order (Profit) entry layout is still available. That means you now have two entry layouts available: the entry layout supplied with Profit and the entry layout you added. When you add a new purchase order, you first have to select one of these entry layouts.
You block the Purchase order (Profit) entry layout. That means you can no longer use it for purchase orders. When you add a purchase order, only the entry layout you added is available. Because only one entry layout is available, you do not have to select it. This step is skipped, you start making the entry right away.
You can start using a blocked entry layout again by deselecting the Blocked check box.
Block entry layout:
- Go to: General / Management / Entry layout.
- Select the entry layout you want to block.
- Click on: Definition.
- Select the Blocked check box.
- Click on: OK.
