Undo reporting the end of an employment

If you reported the employment end of an employee by mistake, delete the employment end date and the contract end date.

Note:

Do not use this procedure if an employee is re-employed by the organisation. If the employee is re-employed you report the start of employment using the Start of employment wizard.

To undo reporting the end of an employment:

  1. Go to:HR / Employee / Employee.
  2. Open the properties of the employee.
  3. Go to the tab:Contract.
  4. Open the properties of the latest contract.
  5. Go to the tab:Labour relation.
  6. Delete the employment end date.
  7. Go to the tab:Contract.

    You see that the date in End date contract is not correct.

  8. Delete the end date of the contract.
  9. Click on: OK.
