Undo reporting the end of an employment
If you reported the employment end of an employee by mistake, delete the employment end date and the contract end date.
Note:
Do not use this procedure if an employee is re-employed by the organisation. If the employee is re-employed you report the start of employment using the Start of employment wizard.
To undo reporting the end of an employment:
- Go to:HR / Employee / Employee.
- Open the properties of the employee.
- Go to the tab:Contract.
- Open the properties of the latest contract.
- Go to the tab:Labour relation.
- Delete the employment end date.
- Go to the tab:Contract.
You see that the date in End date contract is not correct.
- Delete the end date of the contract.
- Click on: OK.
