View end of employment of employees

You use a view and a report to consult employees whose employment has ended.

Views

The following views are available via HR / Employee / Employee:

• Employees (all)
• Employee (end employment)
• Employees (short)
• Employee (extensive)

Note:

If an employee does not appear in the view, this could be for the following reasons:

• The current data has not been updated.
• The employee is blocked and the view does not show blocked lines.

Reports

You can use the following reports for this:

• Employees no longer employed (incl. authorisation) (Profit)
• Employees no longer employed (excl. authorisation) (Profit)
