Course in InSite

Employees can enrol for events in InSite. Managers can also enrol their own employees in events in InSite.

Preparation

• Configure a course in InSite

  Before an employee can enrol for an event, you first add a course and a page type, among other things, to you site and create a page on your site.

Procedure

• Enrol in a course

  An employee can enrol for an event and the managers can enrol their own employees in events.

• Confirm a course enrollment

  When a participant has registered, he can automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. This happens only if you have linked a message template.

• Teacher cockpit in InSite

  In the Teacher cockpit, teachers have information about the course events available in InSite. In addition to viewing information, you can report participants as present and move them.
