Digital deliveries to pension funds

In Profit, you can generate digital data files for pension funds.

Preparation

• Configure the digital data delivery to pension funds

Description

You can generate the file in the following way:

• Collective statement
  Per employer you select the statements that Profit should combine in the collective statements. In the Profit Payroll settings you specify the file locations for the statement files.
• Statement per employer
  You specify the file location for each employer separately. For each salary processing line, you specify the statements Profit should generate.

Procedure

• 'PLO/OLP' (collective)

  You submit a periodic statement for an employer if the employer is registered at certain pension agencies.

• ‘APG’ pension data delivery

  You can deliver the 'Levering Pensioen Gegevens' (LPG) digitally to the 'APG' pension provider. 'APG' is the provider for the 'ABP', PWRI, Bouw ('Cordares') and Schoonmaak ('Cordares') pension funds.

• Digital 'PGGM / GMA'

  You can digitally deliver the data for the 'PGGM' (Pensioenfonds voor Gezondheidszorg, Geestelijke en Maatschappelijke belangen).

• ‘Syntrus Achmea’ pension declaration

  In Profit, you can generate and send the pension declaration for Syntrus Achmea, AZL, BeFrank and TKP (Retail).

• 'SPOV' pension data delivery

  You can digitally deliver the pension data to the 'SPOV' ('Stichting Pensioenfonds Openbaar Vervoer').

• ‘TKP Vervoer’ pension data delivery

  You can digitally deliver the ‘TKP’ pension data for the Transportation sector to the ‘TKP’ if you use the following transport CLAs: ‘Taxivervoer’, ‘Besloten busvervoer’, ‘Goederenvervoer Nederland’ and ‘Beroepsgoederenvervoer over de weg en verhuur van mobiele kranen’.

• 'Pensioenfonds Bakkersbedrijf'

  If the 'Pensioenfonds Bakkersbedrijf' asks you to deliver a copy of the wage declaration, you copy the declaration in Profit.
