Generate SSCC labels manually

In some cases you may want to provide load bearers with SSCC labels even though no packing slips have yet been generated (for example, when prepacking goods that you keep in cold storage). In this case you can manually generate SSCC labels and subsequently link them to packing slips.

To generate SSCC labels manually:

1. Go to: Order Management / Sales process / SSCC labels.
2. Click on: New. 
3. Complete the fields.
4. Click on: Finish.  With this you print the SSCC labels.

To link a SSCC label to a packing slip:

1. Go to: Order Management / Sales process / Packing slip.
2. Click on: New.  You can also select an existing packing slip.
3. Complete the fields. 
4. Click on the action: Generate SSCC labels.

   You see a view with all the SSCC labels of articles that appear in the packing slip and which are still not linked to a packing slip.

5. Select the SSCC label.
6. Click on: Finish. 
7. Profit now checks if the total number of packagings in the selected SSCC labels matches the number of units in the packing slip line in question. If this is not the case then a message is displayed telling you that the number of packagings in the SSCC labels does not match with the number of units in the packing slip line. In this case, change the selection for the SSCC labels.
