View stocktaking

You can view the stocktaking lines in the stocktaking properties.

You can also show article dimensions in the stocktaking runs. If you select articles for which you track stock by article dimension, you can select these articles in the entry layout and consult the stock of these article dimensions via Detail lines. In the printed stocktaking list you automatically see the value and the stock by these dimensions.

To view stocktaking:

  1. Go to: Order Management / Stock / Stocktaking.
  2. Open the stocktaking properties.
  3. Select the entry layout to be used.
  4. The window for entering/editing appears.
  5. You can now view all stocktaking lines.
  6. If you have article dimensions set:
    • Select the line.
    • Click on the action:Detail lines.

    You will then see an entry layout with the stock lines per article dimension code.

  7. Close the entry layout(s).
