Print a report:

You can select one or more reports (quotations, orders, invoices, etc.) in the view and print them on paper.

After performing the E-mail and Print actions, Profit only sets the status of the issued report to Completely processed if it was issued according to the issue method for the sales contact. To this end, Profit first looks at the issue method for invoices on the Digital tab. If no issue method has been set there, Profit looks at the issue method on the General tab. If you selected the Output action, the status of the invoices is always set to Completely processed.

To print a report manually:

  1. Go to:
    • Order Management / Purchase process / Purchase order
    • Order Management / Purchase process / Receipt
    • Order Management / Sales process / Sales quotation
    • Order Management / Sales process / Verkoopbasisorder
    • Order Management / Sales process / Sales order
    • Order Management / Sales process / Packing slip
    • Order Management / Sales process / Invoice
    • Subscriptions / Invoicing / Pro forma invoices.
    • Projects / Invoicing / Invoices
    • CRM / Course management / Invoicing / Invoices
  2. In the view, select the invoice(s) that you want to print:
    1. Click on: Select.
    2. Select Select lines (Ctrl+S).

    3. Select the lines one by one (or press Ctrl+A to select all lines at the same time).
  3. Click on the action:Print invoice.

    You then see the print preview.

  4. Check the print preview on your screen.
