Change a course invoice

You can change course invoices as long as they have not been posted to Profit Financial.

To change a course invoice:

  1. Go to: CRM / Course management / Invoicing / Invoices.
  2. Open the properties of the invoice.

    A view with the invoiced lines is displayed.

  3. Click on: New.

    You can specify the Number and the Price p/u of the invoice line yourself. You can also adjust the Description of the course and specify a Discount.

    You can also change the properties of an existing line or delete an entire line.

  4. Click on: Finish.

    You can now print and/or e-mail the invoice.
