Journalise course invoices

From Course management you can journalise course invoices.

You can use the Journalise function to process the course invoices and credit notes in Profit Financieel. Once the invoices and credit notes have been processed in the administration, they can no longer be changed.

Entries are made for the invoices and credit notes in Profit Financieel in the journal that was chosen in CRM / Course management / Invoicing / Settings and in the ledger accounts that are linked to the article groups.

To journalise course invoices:

  1. Go to: CRM / Course management / Invoicing / Journalise.
  2. Select a value for Administration.
  3. Click on: Next
  4. Select the invoices that you want to journalise.
  5. Click on: Next.
  6. Select the Invoice entry date same as invoice date check box if you want to use the invoice date as the entry date in the journal entry. If you deselect this check box, you use the Invoice entry date as the entry date.
  7. If applicable, change the entry date in Invoice entry date. You can only enter this date if you have deselected Invoice entry date same as invoice date.

    You can find the entry date in the journal entry.

  8. Click on: Finish
  9. Click on: OK.
