Send notifications/chats to AFAS Pocket users

You can draw up and send a notification to Pocket users.

Send chats (as from Profit 7)

Preparation:

1. Go to: General / Pocket App / Settings.
2. Go to the tab: Activation.
3. Select Message centre.

Send notification:

1. Go to: General / Pocket App / Users.
2. Go to the Chat tab.
3. You can personalise the message using tags.

   

4. Next, select the required users and send the notification.

Send chats (up to Profit 6)

Preparation:

1. Open the environment that is used in combination with AFAS Pocket.
2. Go to: General / Management / App connector.
3. Open the properties of the app connector Pocket App 2.
4. Go to the tab: Activation.
5. Select Message centre.

Send notification:

1. Go to the Notifications tab (please remember to authorise this tab).
2. You can personalise the notification using tags.

   

3. Next, select the required users and send the notification.
