Financial reporting

The financial reporting provides you with more insight into the general state of affairs in your organisation.

Description

You configure the following for the financial reporting:

  • Structure a ledger using account levels

Ledger accounts are arranged in order of number (code). You use account levels to classify your reports and show totals by level.

  • Configure a ledger

For each ledger account type, you determine whether you want to show it on the balance sheet or profit and loss account. If you are budgeting a ledger account, also determine whether you want to show the realisation or the budget in the operations overview.

If applicable, you can also show the opening balance of a ledger account on another account.
