Use teams in a cost estimate

If you have configured it in the entry layout of the cost estimate, you can create a team from your employees in the cost estimate. The team that you add from the cost estimate is always a specific team, never a generic one.

Creating a team in the cost estimate is also possible if you use the setting Quotation number same as project number for the numbering of the cost estimate.

If you change the cost estimate, Profit only adds new team members to the associated team.

To use teams in a cost estimate:

  1. Go to: Projects / Cost estimate / Cost estimate.
