Set or view the debtor monitoring status

You determine the debtor monitoring status for each debtor. Generally you assign a status when additional attention is required, for example because you only want to deliver to the debtor subject to cash on delivery.

The Status debtor monitoring table is a custom table in which you can create your own debtor monitoring categories.

To add data to the status monitoring table:

You can specify the values in the table yourself. In this example you add Alleen via automatische incasso.

  1. Go to: General / Configuration / Custom table.
  2. Open the properties of Status debtor monitoring.
  3. Enter the description. For example, Alleen via automatische incasso.

    Do this for all languages you use.

  4. Enter the code, for example, INCA.
  5. Click on: Finish.

To assign a status to a debtor:

  1. Go to: Financial / Debtor / Debtor.
  2. Open the properties of the debtor.
  3. Go to the tab: Payment.
  4. Select a status in Status monitoring.
  5. Select the Warning by order check box if Profit should display a warning when adding sales orders for the relevant sales contact. Enter the text for a warning message.
  6. Click on: OK.
