Add an education document

You can add an education document for an employee.

Profit automatically prepares the deeds for generation if you add, change or end an employment. A situation can occur in which Profit does not prepare an education document. If this is the case, you add an education document manually.

To add an education document:

  1. Go to:HR / Payroll / Digital messages / Education documents.
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Select the employee.
  4. Select the document type.
  5. Click on: Next.
  6. Select the salary line. For this salary line you add the education document.
  7. Click on: Finish.
