Generate education documents

You generate the education documents in order to print them and submit them as dossier items to the employee's dossier.

To generate education documents:

  1. Go to: HR / Payroll / Digital messages / Education documents.
  2. Open the view: Documents - to be generated.
  3. Click on the action: Generate.
  4. Select the employees you want to generate the documents for.

    In the wizard you do not see the documents with the Merge deed with deed of appointment issue method. This means you see fewer lines for an employee than you do in the Documents - to be generated view.

  5. Click on: Next.
  6. Deselect the Perform actions as specified for employer check box if you want to deviate from the issue method settings recorded at the employer level:
    1. You can specify if the document should be saved in the dossier.
    2. You can specify if the document should be printed or should be sent by e-mail. If you select sending by e-mail, Profit determines whether to use the work or private e-mail address based on the employee settings. You can also select a message template.
  7. Click on: Finish.

    The documents can now be seen in the Documents - already generated view.

  8. Open the view: Documents - already generated.

    You see the generated documents. When you open the education document, you open the dossier item. Profit displays the document immediately when you open the dossier item.
