Deliver absence data to 'Vernet'

'Vernet' is an organisation in the health care sector that gathers absence data, among other things to calculate the absence numbers. Profit contains an analysis that enables you to deliver this data.

• You can write a file with absence data for 'Vernet'.
• You can write a file with absence data for the 'Versys' application.

To prepare data for 'Vernet':

Note: 

Ensure that the absence registration is completely updated before you perform this procedure.

1. Go to: HR / Output / HRM analysis.
2. Open the analysis: Vernet absence data (Profit).

   This analysis uses a number of data collections 'exclusive of authorisation' which means that the authorisation of the logged on user is ignored.

3. Specify a filter.
4. Click on: Finish.
5. Enter the start and end date.
6. Select the Absence based on calendar days check box.
7. Click on: Finish.
8. Go to the tab:
9. Profit displays the file location for the file to be generated.
10. Select the folder where you want to save the file in Locatie.
11. Indicate that you want to include data for the Versys application in Gegevens voor Versys meenemen. If yes then Profit also includes the data on the Namen tab.

    For the delivery to 'Vernet', you select Nee.

12. Click on: Genereren to write the file to the selected location.
