Add a response to a document

If it has been configured, you can add responses to a document. You can only submit responses to published documents. Only users logged on can submit responses.

You can no longer delete your response. That can only be done by the administrator.

To add a response to a document:

  1. Open the site.
  2. Log on with the username and password.
  3. Click on: OK.
  4. Open the document to which you want to respond.
  5. Enter the text for your response and, if applicable, add an attachment.

    You can only add responses if you are allowed to do so.

  6. Select whether you want to display the response internally or both internally and externally in Response visible.
  7. Click on: Place a response.
  8. Click on: Create.

You must add the default response component if you want to make a response possible at a document template
