Custom configuration for Applicant Self Service
You can use a customised configuration for Applicant Self Service.
You include the custom fields that you require for the application in all the tables involved if you want to copy the content to these tables. In doing this, it is important that Profit only copies the custom fields from the application data to the applicant and person/employee data if there is a complete match with regard to name and setting.
Furthermore, you can also change the rejection reason and workflow status tables so that you can filter on them or perform an analysis on them at a later stage.
