Change conversion settings

The Profit administrator determines whether a conversion is started automatically if conversion is necessary.

To change the conversion settings:

1. Log on as administrator.
2. Go to: Management / Environment Manager
3. Go to the tab: General settings.
4. Click on:Change (in Automatic conversion when opening environment).

   

   Profit shows the conversion options:
   

5. Determine the settings under Extended conversion and Accelerated conversion:
   • If you want to convert automatically, select Convert without asking.
   • If you only want to convert after granting permission for this, select Ask whether to convert.
   • If you want to convert manually, select  Do not convert when opening.
6. Click on: OK.
