Using filter criteria provides you with numerous extra options.
Apply filter criteria:
- In the quick filter and the Filter window you have to enter the filter criteria yourself.
- In the Advanced filter window, you select the operator.

Y/N field (in a view usually represented by a check box)
- y returns all records in which the check box is selected
- n returns all records in which the check box is deselected
Extra options for date fields
When you filter on date fields, there are a number of smart options you can use. You do not always have to enter the complete date, depending on the situation. If you enter a part of the date, Profit will complete the date based on the below rules.
