Link fixed assets to a contract

You can link the fixed assets which are insured to the relevant insurance contract. You can only link the assets to a contract with the value Insurance in the Type contract field.

To link an asset to a contract:

  1. Go to: Financial / Contract management / Contract.
  2. Open the properties of the contract.
  3. Go to the tab: Assets.
  4. Click on: New.
  5. Select the check box for the asset you want to link.

    You can also select multiple assets.

  6. Click on: Finish.
