Record deviating payment settings at the employer level
You can deviate from the payment settings of the agencies at the employer level.
If you have configured the payment of the agency, you can link this to the agency for the employer.
To record a payment to an agency for the employer:
- Go to:HR / Organisation / Employer.
- Open the employer’s properties.
- Go to the tab:Agency.
- Open the properties of the agency.
- Go to the tab:Payments.
- Click on: New.
- Enter the number of days. The payment date for the wage declaration is the specified number of days before the final payment of the declaration time frame.
Example:
The final payment date of the declaration time frame for December is 31 December.
You enter 4 as the number of days.
The payment date for the wage declaration for December is thus: 27 December.
- The tax authority determines the final payment date per declaration time frame. You can view this date in the declaration cockpit.
- Click on: Finish.
