View HR reports with an organisation chart

Many HR reports are organised on the basis of the organisation chart. When you retrieve a report, you can usually filter by the organisational unit or layer.

To view HR reports with an organisation chart:

  1. Go to: HR / Output / HRM report.
  2. Open the report: Medewerkers huidig Org. eenheid & Functie (Profit).
  3. You can select by:
    • Layer

      You select all organisational units that are present in a certain layer.

    • Organisational unit

      You select a specific organisational unit, for example the Sales department.
