Link a default timetable from the CLA/term of employment
In many organisations employees have the same working hours every week. In that situation you link a default timetable per employee. The default timetables are specified in the CLA/term of employment. The main advantage of this method is that you need to specify the timetable only once (namely in the CLA/term of employment).
Example:
Employees with a full-time contract work every working day from 08:30 to 17:00 hours. Every working they have a break from 12:00 to 12:30 hours.
For this purpose, you use a default timetable that is present in the CLA/term of employment. You can link this for every part-time employee. You do not have to configure the timetable separately for every part-time employee.
To link a weekly timetable from the CLA/term of employment:
- Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
- Open the properties of the employee.
- Go to the tab: Timetable.
- Click on: New.
- Enter the start date.
- Select the timetable in Default timetable.
Profit displays the associated days and working times. You cannot change these. If you do not select a default timetable, you can specify the days and hours yourself. You do not have these options in InSite.
- Click on: Finish.
