Add a 'Digi-ZSM' absence message
Profit automatically generates absence messages when an absence entry is added or changed.
In addition to the automatic generation of absence messages, you can also add an absence message manually.
Note:
A new absence message is generated for a 'WAZO' absence entry. With the closing of a 'WAZO' absence entry, no Notification of full work resumption is generated. The feedback takes place from within the 'GBA'. ('Gemeentelijke Basis Administratie'). Based on the input from the 'GBA', the period for which the employee must still receive the benefit is calculated.
To add an absence message:
- Go to: HR / Presence and absence / UWV digital.
- Click on: New.
Profit displays the available message types for an absence message.
- Select the message type for the absence message.
- Click on: Next.
- Select the absence entry for which you want to create an absence message.
- Click on: Next.
- Select the absence course line for the Notification of partial work resumption message type or if more than one absence course lines are present.
- Enter the gross 'SV' wage including the accrued holiday allowance entitlement and extra period salary that the employee has earned for the number of hours that the employee has partially worked on the first day of disability in 'SV' wage on first day of disability.
- Enter the 'SV' wage including the accrued holiday allowance/supplement entitlement and accrued extra period salary entitlement that the employee earns per day with partial work resumption in 'SV' wage per day of disability.
- Click on: Next.
- Check the absence and declaration data for the Absence declaration message type.
- Click on: Next.
- Check the data. of the 'WAZO' request for the WAZO benefit request message type.
- Click on: Next.
- Check the data. of the labour relation.
Profit displays the labour relation data that is required for sending the absence message. Depending on the message type chosen, you can enter a value for the 'Flex en zekerheid' phase classification and Continuation of salary payment during absence + % fields.
- Click on: Next.
- Check the data. for the employment level and complete any mandatory fields.
This step in the wizard only applies to the Absence declaration message type and the Sick on-call employee or Sick after end of employment declaration reason.
Depending on the reason for the declaration and the employee's labour relation, a number of fields are mandatory.
- Click on: Next.
- Enter a value in Number of times called up in the 52 weeks prior to first day of disability.
This step in the wizard only applies to the Absence declaration message type and Sick on-call employee declaration reason.
- Click on: Next.
- If necessary, complete the fields under Signature, Pay out and Approve.
Note:
If you have selected the Approve immediately check box, the absence message gets the Approved status. You cannot change an absence message with the Approved status.
- Click on: Finish.
