You use the Applications workflow to complete the applications which are received for the vacancy published on InSite and OutSite.

Description
With Applicant Self Service, you have the applicant enter their details themselves. This saves you time and effort. You also complete the applications in a structured manner. For this purpose, you use the application portal in OutSite and the supplied Application workflow.
Anyone who wants to apply can do so using the application portal in OutSite. The application then ends up in the workflow. The workflow looks as follows:
Via the workflow the application automatically first goes to the contact person as a task. This person judges if the application is serious or not.
The application then goes to the responsible user as a task and that user reviews the applicants substantively and hires one of them.
Via the workflow, you can also ask the applicant for additional information, invite the applicant or to link the applicant to another vacancy.
You then use the application workflow to complete the handling of each applicant: you choose one and you reject the others.
