View the Payroll journal structure

You can use a view and a report to display the configuration of the journal structure.

  • Overview of journal structure view

    For each selected CLA you see an overview of the journal structure configuration.

  • Journal structure configuration (Profit) report

    For all CLAs you see the journal structure configuration. This allows you to compare the configurations of different CLAs.

To display the Overview of journal structure view:

  1. Go to: HR / Payroll / Configuration / Journal structure.
  2. Open the properties of the journal structure.
  3. Click on: Overview of journal structure.

    Profit shows the overview of the journal structure of the selected CLA.
