‘MBO Raad’ absence file delivery

In Profit, you can generate the digital absence files for the ‘MBO Raad'.

Description

For the ‘MBO Raad’, the sector organisation for all state funded ‘MBO’ institutions in the Netherlands, you deliver the absence information for all employees. The ‘MBO Raad’ can use this to generate reliable and valid absence information for the ‘MBO’ sector.

You supply the absence information with the absence file. You deliver the file twice each year to:

• Whole calendar year. This is from January up to and including December.

  You can add the delivery once you have approved the January salary processing.

• The last two quarters of the year plus the first two quarters of the following year.

  You can add the delivery once you have approved the July salary processing.

Redeliver an absence file

If the ‘MBO Raad’ requests you to correct and redeliver a delivery for one or more employers, you delete the delivery in Profit and then add it again. In the e-mail accompnaying the newly generated data, you specify the employers that you have corrected.

Record absence

For the delivery of the absence data, it is important that you enter the first absence day on the first timetable day. According to the ‘MBO Raad’, the start date of the absence entry is the first date on which the employee, according to the timetable, was supposed to work but was prevented from doing so.

'BAPO'

For the delivery, you must specify this in the employee's timetable.

CLA

You can generate the absence file for 2012 if you are working with at least Profit 20120203 CLA.

Note:

To obtain the correct data for 2012, you initiate the RAE entries starting from period 1 of 2012. You process and approve the RAE entries.

• Add a delivery

  In Profit, you can add the delivery of the absence file. You add a new delivery to send the absence file to the ‘MBO Raad’.

• View a delivery

  In Profit, you can view the absence file delivery if errors arose during its generation or to check the contents of the digital file. This depends on the status of the education delivery.

• Check a delivery

  Once you have resolved the errors in the education delivery you can check it again.

• Generate a file

  In Profit, you can generate the digital file if the delivery has the Checked, no errors status.
