Generate a collective payment file

A collective payment file contains payments for all employers from the processing group.

Note:

If you use authorisation based on the HRM - Employers data filter, you do not see the processing groups. In this case, you can use the Processing groups view. You can authorise this view using the Algemeen - Definitie uitvoeren data filter.

To generate a collective payment file:

  1. Go to: HR / Payroll / Payment cockpit.
  2. Select the line with the Not processed status.
  3. Click on the action: Process.
  4. Complete the fields.
    • File location

      You enter the location of the payment file. This is the location where you save the payment file. It depends on the settings in the properties of the processing group whether Profit suggests this location or not.

    • File name

      You enter the file name of the payment file. It depends on the settings in the properties of the processing group whether Profit suggests this name or not. If you pay over the Internet using I-Connect, keep in mind that each file should have a unique name. For example, you can add the year and period number as follows: SEPA.0607 in which 06 represents the year 2006 and 07 represents the July period.

  5. Click on: Finish.
