Generate the 'PLO' and 'MDV A & O'

In Profit, you can generate an 'MDV' file.

Generating the 'PLO' and 'MDV' consists of two separate steps.

  • 'PLO'

    You generate the 'PLO' using the regular procedure.

  • 'MDV'

    You generate the 'MDV' using a separate functionality.

That means that you always deliver these files separately. You first deliver the 'MDV' and then the 'PLO'. You can deliver on any day.

Generate the 'MDV A & O'

  1. Go to: HR / Payroll / Digital messages / Employment notification.
  2. Open the unsent 'MDV'.

    You see the employee Profit includes in the file.

  3. Click on the action: Create digital employment notification file.
  4. Click on: Finish.
