Projects settings
You first have to specify the settings before you can use Profit Projecten.
Contents |
Description
This concerns settings for:
- Validity combination
- Default timetable
- Rates
- Custom dimensions
The values that you specify for these project settings then apply to everyone who works with Profit Projecten. Naturally, it is therefore important that you carefully consider how you use these settings. What you specify here, determines how Profit Projecten operates.
Procedure
- Set projects
You determine the settings for the validity combinations and the period table for Profit Projecten.
- Configure the entry of hours in the cost estimate/actual costing
You can use the time registration as the basis for the actual costing. In Profit Projecten, you can set up the time registration in a way that completely meets the requirements of your organisation.
- Configure rates
To determine the costs and revenues involved in a project, you can use a cost price rate and a sales rate per hour or per unit.
- Set dimensions
Profit Projects has various dimensions on which entries can be recorded. In the reports you can use these dimensions for various levels of detailing, so that costs and revenues can be viewed at every level.
