Add a validity combination

When you have defined the calculation bases for the validity combinations, you can then add the validity combinations.

Example: Validity combination

You have set things up so that only certain activities can be entered on a project group. The calculation bases are:

• Project group
• Integration group

  If one of the activities is applicable to all project groups then enter the settings as follows:

• Project group: empty
• Integration group: The activity that can be entered for all projects.

To add a validity combination:

1. Go to: Projects / Project / Validity combination.
2. Click on: New.
3. Complete the fields.

   It is not mandatory to select a value for every calculation basis. If you do not make a selection, then the combination is valid for all values of that calculation basis.

4. Click on: Finish. The validity combination appears in the view.
