Authorise dossier for actions

You can authorise the actions that can be performed on dossier items.

Authorise dossier for actions:

  1. Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
  2. Select an authorisation group or a user.
  3. Go to the tab: Authorisation.
  4. Go to: CRM / Dossier / Client record items / Actions.

  5. Authorise the Add and Delete general actions; among other things, these apply to CRM / Dossier / Dossier. The authorisation for adding also applies to the Forecast and Campaign destinations.
  6. Authorise Cockpit selection usage.
  7. Authorise Cancel completed status.

    This action only applies to dossier items in CRM / Dossier / Dossier. If dossier items are viewed via another path, this action is not available.
