Set a deviating sender for each message template
For each message template, you can set a deviating. For example, you can use the sender address 'email@example.com' for the message template of the 'Sales quotation'. Per message template, you can also specify that Profit should send the (work) e-mail address of the sending user as sender.
E-mail messages that you send from Profit are sent using the Profit e-mail server instead of the local e-mail program. As the sender, the message automatically uses the e-mail address entered in the e-mail settings in the environment properties. The settings for the sender in the message template have precedence over the general e-mail address of the sender in the environment properties and over the (deviating) general sender e-mail address in the administration properties.
For the e-mailing of the pay slips and annual statements, you can record a deviating e-mail address in the employer properties.
