View the occupancy overview for a course

You can use the occupancy overview to see budget and revenue related information related to the occupancy of the various events.

Note: 

The realised amount for a course does not include internal participants (employees).

To view the occupancy overview:

  1. Go to: CRM / Course management / Occupancy overview.

    Events include the following information:

    • The minimum number of participants specified for the course.
    • The maximum number of participants specified for the course.
    • The number of registered participants.
    • The revenue anticipated based on the minimum number of participants and the default price on the course date.
    • The revenue anticipated based on the maximum number of participants and the default price on the course date.
    • In Realised - The revenue from the actual number of participants based on the actual price (default price of the article or deviating price per participant, including any (voucher) discount granted), regardless of whether the event has been invoiced.
    • The amount invoiced for the event.
  2. Click on the action: Event to view the properties of the selected event.
  3. If you want to, you can open the properties of a line.

    You now see all the participants of an event and the price that the participant should pay.
