Authorise digital bank statements
Configure the authorisation of this section, so that the right users have access to the required functions and data.
Note:
If your environment has multiple administrations, the Bank statement function contains all bank statements from all administrations. You can apply filter authorisation for this function and thus authorise per administration, so that users only see the bank statements for the administrations for which they have rights. For this, use the filter type Financial - Journals in the Authorisation tool.
Configure authorisation:
- Go to: General / Management / Authorisation tool.
- Go to the tab: User maintenance or Group maintenance.
- Select the user/group to be authorised.
The user menu structure appears. Only the menu options with a check mark in front of them are shown in the menu of the users.
- You can make underlying levels visible using the + and -.
- Go to: Menu maintenance / General / Financial / Enter .

- Select the check box for the menu options to be authorised:
- Bank statement
- Go to the tab: Authorisation.
- Go to: Financial / Enter / Bank statement / Actions.

- From the actions concerned, select the ones that you want to authorise for bank statement and select the Allowed check box at the bottom of the screen. For example, select the Delete action and select the Allowed check box.
- Go to: Financial / Enter / Bank statement / Tabs.
- Authorise the tabs:
- General
- Read bank file
- Entries
- Close the Authorisation tool.
- Click on Yes in the message.
This environment automatically opens again with the new settings.
