You configure parental leave as a leave type in the CLA.

Description
The procedure for configuring the parental leave is as follows:
If the leave type does not yet exist, add it. This allows the employee to take the balance with him if he changes CLAs. If an employee is entitled to parental leave, you can enter the periodical entitlement using a positive leave balance correction. This creates a balance line for the employee. You can then enter the parental leave. If you enter unpaid leave for an employee, Profit will reduce the periodical entitlement to holidays and WTR, because legally an employee cannot accrue periodical entitlement over unpaid hours.
