Add a wage scale

You add an new wage scale.

To add a wage scale:

  1. Go to: HR / Organisation / Configuration / Wage scale.

    You can also add wage scales via HR / Organisation / CLA, Wage scale tab.

  2. Click on: New
  3. Enter the description.
  4. Click on: Next
  5. Select the CLA type and the time frame.

    You can only use the wage scale in CLAs of the type selected here.

  6. Select the Min/max scale check box if you want the wage scale to be a min/max wage scale. You record a minimum and maximum salary here.
  7. Select the method of increasing the salary for the min/max wage scale:
    • Increase by an amount

      With this, an employee with a min/max wage scale or a fixed salary gets an increase in the form of a fixed amount.

    • Verhoging met percentage t.o.v. max

      With this, an employee gets a percentage increase of his salary relative to the maximum. The formula for the increase is: 'Percentage relative to the maximum' * 'Max'.

    • Percentage increase relative to medium

      With this, an employee gets a percentage increase of the salary relative to the medium. The formula for the increase is: 'Percentage relative to the midpoint’ * 'Midpoint’

  8. Select the rounding for the min/max wage scale.
  9. Click on: Finish
