Set an employee as anonymous employee

In some cases you will need to record an employee as an 'anonymous employee'. You process the wages of an anonymous employee using the anonymous rate. Applying the anonymous rate is unfavourable for the employee. You will find more information on this topic in the 'Loonheffingen' manual.

To set an employee as anonymous employee:

  1. Go to: HR / Employee / Employee.
  2. Open the properties of the employee.
  3. Go to the tab: Agency.
  4. Open the agency properties of the tax authority.
  5. Open the period line.
  6. Select 52% rate related to anonymous employees for Table code.
  7. Click on: OK.
