Combined changes to salary, contract, timetable and job in InSite

Using a workflow, it is now possible to combine changes to salary, contract, timetable and/or job. This allows you to, for example, change the job and salary at the same time as you change a timetable in InSite.

Advantages:

• Faster recording of data because changes to all parts are combined.
• Less workflows to be reviewed.

Using a workflow, it is now possible to combine changes to salary, contract, timetable and/or job. This allows you to, for example, change the job and salary at the same time as you change a timetable in InSite.

Example:

If you change an employee's timetable in InSite, you immediately want to change the job and the salary of the employee.

Select the check boxes for additional data you want to change in the profile for creating the timetable change. This allows you to immediately change the job and the salary in InSite, in addition to the timetable change.

The additional data is displayed as a tab in InSite:

You can configure combined entries in the following profiles:

• Create a contract and contract extension

  With this profile type you can also change the timetable, job and salary data.

• Create a timetable change

  With this profile type you can also change the job and salary data.

• Create a job change and transfer

  With this profile type you can also change the timetable and salary data.
