Configure combined changes to salary, contract, timetable and job

If in a workflow you want to change the salary, contract, timetable and/or job all at the same time, you configure this at the profile level.

Example:

If you change an employee's timetable in InSite, you immediately want to change the job and the salary of the employee.

Select the check boxes for additional data you want to change in the profile for creating the timetable change. This allows you to immediately change the job and the salary in InSite, in addition to the timetable change.

The additional data is displayed as a tab in InSite:

You can configure combined entries in the following profiles:

  • Create a contract and contract extension

    With this profile type you can also change the timetable, job and salary data.

  • Create a timetable change

    With this profile type you can also change the job and salary data.

  • Create a job change and transfer

    With this profile type you can also change the timetable and salary data.

Note

You cannot specify a preferred value for a salary, contract or job change. Profit copies the data from the preceding line.

To configure combined changes of salary, contract, timetable and job:

  1. Go to: General / In & OutSite / Profile.
  2. Open the properties of the profile.
  3. Go to the tab: General.
  4. In Workflow, select the workflow you want to link this profile to.
  5. In Review profile, select the profile for reviewing.
  6. Select the check boxes for the additional data you want to change in the profile.
  7. Go to the tab: Context.

    You also see the context for the additional data selected.

  8. Select a context.

    If you want to add a new context for this profile, click on Maintain.

  9. Go to the tab: Document.
  10. Click on: New.
    1. Select the document.

      Depending on the profile, you select a document that is based on the correct basis.

    2. Enter the description of the action button.
    3. Enter a description for the dossier item.

      Profit displays this description alongside the dossier item in the employee's dossier.

    4. Select the dossier item type.

      You can only select a dossier item type that is configured for InSite.

    5. If applicable, select a feature group.
    6. Click on: Finish.

    To make sure you can manually generate the document in the workflow, you change the workflow.

    For the selected additional data, you can also select a document.

  11. Click on: OK.
