Entry logging in InSite

The entry logging functionality provides an additional control option: when errors are made, you can discuss them with the responsible employee.

To view the entry logging, you need to add a report or analysis based on the Entry logging (InSite) data collection.

To add a report or analysis:

  1. Go to:
    • General / Output / Management / Report
    • General / Output / Management / Analysis
  2. Click on: New.
  3. Select the based on a data collection check box.
  4. Select Entry logging (InSite).
  5. Add the report or the analysis. Next, you need to change the data collection. For more information please refer to:
  6. You can, for example, add the following fields:

    Ins_Mutatielogging InSite

  7. Complete the layout of the report or analysis.
