Authorise a profile

Because a user is not allowed to view or run all the profiles, you can authorise the profiles. You can only authorise the start of employment profile type.

For example, you don't want a random user to be able to maintain a profile with predefined salary details and wage components, which has been created for the board or management.

To authorise a profile:

  1. Open Profit.
  2. Go to: General / In & OutSite / Profile.
  3. Click on: New.
  4. Enter the name of the profile.
  5. Select the Employment start type.
  6. You can base the profile on an existing profile.
  7. Click on: Finish.
  8. Open the properties of the profile.
  9. Set the profile's field settings for the context.
