Quantity and Basis on the pay slip

On a pay slip, in addition to the amount you can fill two columns with extra information: a quantity and a basis. Per wage component you use two fields to specify what is shown here:

  • Field for quantity

You enter a wage component parameter that is part of the calculation. For example, you link the parameter for the percentage or the number of hours posted or calculated.

  • Field for basis

The basis on the pay slip is the premium basis. You enter a wage component parameter that is part of the calculation. For example, you link the calculation basis.

In most cases, Profit automatically displays a basis (premium basis) for a wage component on the pay slip. Profit determines this based on the calculation rule of the wage component.

Example:

For the 'Overwerk' wage component, you enter the overtime hours on a different wage component. To display the overtime hours on the pay slip, you enter the 'Overuren' wage component as Field for quantity in the 'Overwerk' wage component.

Note:

If you change the Field for quantity and Field for basis fields in the wage component, Profit does not change this with retroactive effect. To implement this with retroactive effect, you initiate RAE entries.

To specify the quantity and basis fields:

  1. Go to: HR / Organisation / CLA.
  2. Open the CLA properties.
  3. Go to the tab: Wage component.
  4. Open the properties of the wage component.
  5. Go to the tab: General.
  6. Select a parameter for Field for quantity or Field for basis.
